CrossFit
CrossFit at its core is a strength and conditioning program. It is a coach led, group oriented approach to functional fitness. Our emphasis is on community, excellent programming and hands on coaching
- Constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity with a community focus
- Expand the 10 domains of fitness: endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, accuracy, agility, balance coordination, speed & power
- Individual focus in a group setting, incorporating all aspects of exercise
- Our programming promotes strength, mobility, endurance and health for all ages
- Unlimited access to all CrossFit classes and open gym times
Personal Training
A specialized fitness and lifestyle program that will challenge you and maximize your results by assessing your needs and planning for your goals. Regardless of your age or fitness level, we have a trainer, coach and mentor for you. This is not your average “cookie cutter” program, this will be specific to your needs.
- Most efficient way to achieve individual goals, 1 on 1 with a coach/trainer
- Individualized approach, designed based off personal goals and limitations.
- 1 hour sessions engineered to maximize time spent in the gym
- Small group sessions may be available
- Can be used as an intro to our CrossFit Class
Performance Development
Want an upper hand on your competition? Our Performance Development Program helps athletes of all levels to develop their speed, strength, agility, conditioning and most importantly their skills in order to excel on and off the field
- Designed for in/off season athletes looking to develop speed and strength
- Programmed to help athletes of all skill levels excel in their sport
- Utilize technique drills, agility drills, plyometrics, resistance training, core strength and flexibility in order to help each athlete progress and optimize their performance
- Can attend open gym with this membership
- 2 small group classes per week
Open Gym
Open gym gives all members the opportunity to come in and work out as you please. This is a supervised, but not necessarily coach led portion of the day where athletes can come in and make up a workout, focus in on some skill work, or do some mobility work.
- All members are welcome for Open Gym
- Please allow time to properly warmup, and please make sure you are using equipment safely and efficiently
- Time of day where the floor is yours, ask a coach for advice
- Make up a missed WOD
- Work on your technique
- Focus on your mobility
